So this is the story on these Shutters. I live in a private upper scale Townhome complex in Burlington near the Lakeshore area. My neighbour placed his condo up for sale and before he did they renovated the entire inside and in doing so installed these Brand New By-Pass shutters before listing the home.

They cost just under $4700.00 after buying the panels and the rail tracks for installing them on.
