Not new, but still in good shape with no significant stains. Have not taken a steam vacuum to it, but would imagine it would look new with using one. Measures 9’ 6” by 6’ 6” or 117” x 78”. Did not have room to roll out entire rug so could all be viewed, but assure you that I’m not covering up something (the unseen area that is not shown under the sofa on it’s side is the same condition). Pick up next to Fred Meyer on Walker and 158th. No problem with contactless exchange
