It is a 3-meter (approx 12 feet), bell style, round, "glamping" ,4-season, canvas tent. When it's all zipped up tight, you feel like you're in the TARDIS and nobody knows you're even there! It's small enough to cool and heat easily, yet plenty large enough for one person to stay long-term in it. It's in almost new condition, I've only had it since October, and I've lived full-time in it for several months since then. It has 4 windows around the outer wall or the entire sidewall unzips and rolls up, leaving only the rubber, bucket style bottom and the "bell" canvas top. Because of the way the top and bottom connect, there's no worry of water intrusion when it rains, even storms. There's also a covered and lined pre cut hole for the chimney of a wood stove for heating. I've never had a better tent, but we're moving and having to downsize to only one tent. I'm asking $300 - firm, and would love to sell it this weekend. It's still up because we were deep cleaning it, but it goes up or comes down in around a half hour with only one person, is still 100% complete, and tent with all equipment fits into carry bag easily.
